The exceptional menu for the evening includes: vineyard salad; choice of appetizer between stuffed portabella mushrooms to share, or she crab soup; choice of one entree per person of espresso crusted prime rib with artisan rolls, potatoes and vegetable hash, or lobster thermidor stuffed seabass with lemon rice and vegetable hash; and dessert to share is Au to Chocolate featuring rich chocolate genoise cake filled with chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache.
